We'll update your delivery tracking number by email within 7 days after you placed the order. The delivery time takes 5-7 days by UPS express. To avoid delays in delivery, we recommend that you make yourself available to sign for your signature-required package.

If your ring doesn't fit, we offer a free resizing. For repairs, please write to us at support@hiamond.com, and our repair experts will give you an RMA form to confirm the details of your repair needs.
