What is your refund policy?

We offer 30 days refund guarantee (including the IGI certificate if applicable). Please contact us before you send your jewelry back, we'll guide you through our RMA process, so we can be sure it arrives safely.

How can I track my package ?

We'll update your delivery tracking number by email within 7 days after you placed the order. The delivery time takes 5-7 days by UPS express. To avoid delays in delivery, we recommend that you make yourself available to sign for your signature-required package. 

I place an order but not received a confirmation email

If by any means you're not get system confirmation email automatically, you're welcome to drop us an email. We'll manually check and confirm your order.

Can I get a resizing & repair?

If you don't receive your order: Contact our support within 14 calendar days from your latest expected delivery estimate. To find your missing package, you must follow up at the shipping address you provided. If you’re still unable to locate the package, contact our support within 14 days of delivery.
